If you're looking at this site, you have an opportunity, a chance to bring someone in to help take the pressure off while you focus on other important things.
This page contains a list of some of the services we offer. Some apply to you, some you have completely handled. Maybe you need us to help solve a quick problem. Maybe you want us to help build new infrastructure and that can take a lot longer.
The point is you have a choice. As a business owner, I've hired business consultants myself and just between you and me, they really sucked. I paid them to get a job done and they spent my money then did nothing for me. In fact, one guy I hired to help build my sales staff would call me on the phone and tell me what he was doing to build sales in his own company then ask me for a check! By the way, we can help you get rid of these guys no matter how great their contract looks. If they're not delivering, they need to go. And, on the other side of the coin, if we're not delivering, we need to go too or as one of my mentors once told me, "The company is the most important thing. If I'm not doing my job, I'll fire myself!"
